Step by step, the former Vierzon wire drawing factory is being transformed to accommodate developers, artists, design studio, web servers, shared spaces... Some key stages of the project are already completed since 2021:

• the demolition of the wings of dangerous buildings
• the poplar wood cleared and cleaned
• the banks of the Cher rehabilitated
• the creation of 200m² of offices and a server room
• the repair of the floors, roofing and windows, the painting of the pillars of the nave, main space of the friche
• the layout of the nave, with a landscaped interior garden
• the manufacture and installation of 46 panels dedicated to calls for artistic projects
