Le Centre supports the Bourges cultural capital 2028 candidacy. With, among other projects, the strong idea of (re)thinking the role and status of the artist in Europe in the 21st century, Bourges 2028 wishes to create a European city of artists and authors, and an associated European residency network, Villa Europa.
